Ohio State building a state-of-the-art arena on campus to complement this curriculum and to give students diverse career opportunities. The arena will be home to Ohio State’s esports teams and open to all students.
“The arena will not only be a place for our teams to practice and compete, but it will also encourage open gaming, and virtual reality experiences,” Brandon Smith, director of esports in the Office of Student Life, said. “It will include over 80 seats, with the computer console and virtual reality systems, as well as a broadcast booth for students interested in shoutcasting.”
City of Galveston
I fully support your endeavor to bring this type of facility to Galveston. One of the three major support legs of Galveston is tourism. A facility such as proposed would only serve to bring families and tournament groups to Galveston to participate in events and to enjoy all of the other great amenities our island has to offer.

The Foundation has the same passion that USTA Texas has when it comes to working with people with disabilities. Our goal is to promote and develop recreational tennis opportunities for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities through inclusion and support by providing organizations like the Grillo Sullivan Foundation with equipment, trainings, curriculum and funding.

In almost every household, you will find someone with a disability,” said Mackey-Hines, who holds a doctorate in organizational development. “I suffer from multiple sclerosis, and some days I walk normally, and on other days, I can hardly walk at all. It’s wonderful that there is going to be a place where I can enjoy physical activities on both good days and bad days, and not be looked at differently just because I have a handicap.
